Both models are based on the fu llscale steelmom ent resisting frame shaking table tes,t w hich is car ried out on EDefense in Japan. Analysis results are comparedw ith that of shak ing table tes.t The number of fibers in elem ent sections, the length of p lastic zones and the energy dissipation are discussed. Finally, the dynam ic non linear anlysis of structuralmodelsw ith composite beam components are carried out. It is shown that the fibermodels can be bu ilt easier than plastic hingemodels, but p lastic hingemodels can smi u late collapse tmi e of the structure
