首都经济贸易大学硕士学位论文 首都经济贸易大学硕士学位论文 大学生学习能力与可雇佣能力问关系研究 Abstract Human resource management was introduced into China since the 1 960 S。and 50 years human resources become more inmportant in social and economic development．In the 1 2no National People’S Congress 4m conference．Premier Li Keqiang said that：”More than 900 million labor．more than 1 00 million people with higher education and pro． fessional skills are the largest resources and advantages of China．We rely more on human talent resources，science and technology innovation to realize the old and the new kinetic energy transformation，and to promote the development of turning”．College students，aS the audience of higher education in China,are the most important human resources for Chinas economic and social development，the request of college students’ability is higher and higher since the environment iS very complex and full of change． College students’learning ability and employability are two kinds of core abilities for college students．The research of relationship between learrming ability and employability Can help the students themselves and the universities to correct understanding and scientific training learning ability and employability．In this paper，baSe on the summary of literature researchs，we defined the meaning of college students’learning ability and employability and find out measure methods，and propose theoretical models and assumptions of the relationship between college students’learning ability and the employability． Then we adopts the method of empirical study，through the design questionnaires，we recycled 5 1 1 valid data．We try to dig into the internal structure of college students’ learning ability and employability，and analysis the relationship between college students’ learning ability and employability based on the structure view and mechanism of personal career view． There are 4 findings on the relationships between college studen
