哈尔滨工业大学工学硕士学位论文 哈尔滨工业大学工学硕士学位论文 - - II - Abstract As the rapid growth of heating power supply of petrochemistry enterprise, there is a higher demand for safety. To avoid heating network accident, we have to do a lot of job on monitoring. Temperature is a key parameter we use to know whether the system is running safety, so the work of temperature monitoring is significant. The monitor technology we use today is based on field bus, but it can not meet the demand. According to the reasons list above, it is believed that it’s necessary to develop an effective system, so that we can improve the efficiency of heating network and keep the system safe. Therefore, technologies of fiber and wireless communication, remote data collection, data analyze are used to develop a monitor system, with which we can know the real-time state of network. Consequently, we can find out troubles earlier. The system consists of temperature sensors, data acquisition modules, communication modules, an industrial computer and application software. This paper has done some work about studying system’s working requirement, proposing general scheme, developing software and designing system’s hardware. In this thesis, the key technologies of the system is studied and solved. A 1-wire bus temperature acquirement module is developed. To extend the transmission distance of signal, a driving circuit is designed. This thesis also discusses the hardware and software designing of RS485 communication, and gives a communication protocol, which heavily affects the performance of the system. An approach is proposed, which combines GPRS communication and solar energy technology, to solve the problem of cable spreading. A developing process of configuration software is introduced, and functional modules are established. Shortages that appear in debugging and running are analyzed, and the resolvent was proposed. In application, it proves that the system researched in this thesis can meet the requirement of heat
