Comprehensive consideration of the strength and the coefficient of thermal conductivity, 05 level aerated concrete have more advantages. This paper studies the current production of several different level aerated concrete of various performances. Find out that the strength of aerated concrete too low, Splitting tensile strength is too small, too brittle, bibulous rate is in 60 % to70%. Dry wet cycle is too small, freezing-thawing resisting circulation ability is poor . In view of the current aerated concrete of these problems ,base on the parameter of CASI, SUAL and CAAL, study in the growth rhythm of hydration product intensity in super light conditions and improve aerated concrete strength, to determine the optimum proportion. The final determination of CASI is 0.51, SUAL is 0.16, CAAL is 1.8.And study in the bleed way influence to aerated concrete performance and pore structure. Improve aerated concrete mechanics performance by found the compound bleed favours the forming of more uniform and tiny hole use the method of single aluminum powder bleed, aluminum powder bleed, and compound bleed. Improved the excess of the water uptake rate and the weak of frost resistance by mixed the moisture repellent. Within compound bleed and mixed the moisture repellent to do the optimize test to aerated concrete, and conclude that the compound bleed can improve the mech-anics performance of aerated concrete. And mixed with moisture repellent will not reduce the strength of aerated concrete, but can reduce 20% water uptake rate of aerated concrete. And strength loss less
