题目：云南茶叶绿色贸易壁垒问题研究 云南茶叶绿色贸易壁垒问题研究 ［ ］在贸易与环境关系M题受到国际社会广泛关注的背景下，无论是世界贸易组织与贸易 和关的环境措施，还是多边环境协定与环境和关的贸易措施，它们都有一个主要的载体，那 就是绿色贸易壁垒。 云南省作为我国茶叶出口的一个重耍省份，礼品茶叶是其最主要的传统产业之一，具有明显 的价格优势、资源优势，一直以来在国比经济屮占有极为重要的位置。但是近儿年来在绿色 贸易壁垒兴起的背景下，云雨省礼品茶叶出口原先的价格、劳动力和资源优势已经逐渐失去 往日的比较优势，出U前景不容乐观。为此，云南省只有积极应对绿色壁垒，努力提升产品 的国际竞争力，才能实现礼品茶叶出口的可持续发展。 本文在对绿色壁垒的背景进行回顾盾，指出了研究的目的和意义。接着分析了绿色壁垒的成 凶、表现形式、特点、发展趋势和相关的理论研究。在理论分析的基础上，文章系统地阐述 Y绿色壁垒对云南省礼品茶叶出口的双重影响和□前云南省礼品茶叶出u存在的主要问题， 提出了应对绿色橫垒的策略，得出了云南右只有培冇竞争优势刁能促进出口发展的研究结论。 ［关键字］关键词：绿色壁垒；礼品茶叶出口；影响 Yunnan tea Green Trade Issues As international community pays more and more attention to the issue of the relationship between trade and the environment, both the environment measures related to trade under WTO framework and the trade measures related to environment in multilateral environment agreements, share the same vehicle, namely the green trade barriers. Being one of Chinese import tea export provinces, Zhejiang has an obvious price and source advantage in the competition of tea exports. Tea industry is traditional industry enjoying a vital position in Zhejiang’s national economy together with its resource advantage. However, the exporting of tea products has been seriously influenced by green trade barriers in the recent years. The competitive advantages are no longer obvious as before, the situation of exporting is not optimistic.
