Ltd.; Abstract： Automatic on-line sampler for crude pipeline is an important tool in modern transaction measurement of crude oil, by it, and crude oil can be extracted periodically and quantitatively from crude oil pipelines for analysis. The equipment has high sampling frequency, good sample mixing and high degree of automation. The extracted oil is more representative than that of manual sampling and can effectively avoid disputes in the process of crude oil transaction. The design requirements, working principle and technical characteristics of SZ automatic on-line sampler for petroleum liquid are introduced, and the innovation of product structure, sample collection and sample preservation are introduced as well. The equipment conforms to the requirements of SY/T5317—2006 Petroleum Liquids-automatic Pipelines Sampling and the requirements of accurate measurement of trade.
