胰岛素泵护理安全管理的的体会 　　 【摘要】 目的：总结胰岛素泵在临床应用中的护理安全管理规范，评价其效果。方法：通过对369例糖尿病胰岛素泵强化治疗患者护理过程总结出实现胰岛素泵护理安全应从加强护士规范化培训、规范胰岛素泵应用的护理程序、健全各种管理制度、统一管理应用胰岛素泵患者的资料、发扬团队协作精神等方面进行管理。结果：自实施胰岛素泵护理安全管理措施后，患者血糖及糖化血红蛋白控制良好；护理质量及护士培训效果得到保证，胰岛素泵相关的器材得到有效维护。结论：实现胰岛素泵在临床应用中的护理安全管理并使之规范化可确保胰岛素泵强化治疗糖尿病的治疗效果，利于提高护理质量、提高护理人员专业技术水平。 　　 【关键词】 胰岛索泵；护理安全管理 　　 　　Nursing Safety Management in Insulin Pump 　　Le Lizhen，Lin Liyan，Ou Suqiong，Zeng Kexue 　　(Guangdong Province the Second Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital，Guangzhou 510095，China) 　　 　　 【Abstract】 Objective：To summarize the standards on insulin pump in clinical use, in oder to guarantee the safty in nursing. To evaluate the standards’ effectiveness. Methods: 369 cases of intensive insulin therapy with insulin pump were recruited. During the process of giving care, we found out that to achieve the nursing safety in management of patients with insulin pump, standardized training of nurses, standardize the application of insulin pump care procedures, improve management systems, enhance the integrated management of information of patients with insulin pump and carry forward the spirit of teamwork should be carried out.Results: Since we carried out safety measures in the insulin pump management, the patients’ blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin were in good control. Also the quality of care and nurses training effect was guaranteed, and insulin pump-related equipment could be effectively protected.Conclusion: Carry out the safety management in insulin pump care and standardize the care procedures ensure the efficacy of intensive insulin therapy with insulin pump to diabetes, which will help improve the quality of care and improve the level of nursing technique. 　　 【Key words】 insulin pump; nursing safty management 　　 　　 胰岛素泵作为糖尿病胰岛素强化治疗的一种先进手段,在世界范围内广泛得到使用[1]。它不仅适用于1型糖尿病患者的长期治疗,也适合2型糖尿病患者血糖代谢不稳定期、改善磺脲类药物继发性失效、围手术期等住院短期治疗[2,3]。我科于2004年8月起陆续引进3种品牌共11台胰岛素泵供临床应用,通过实施有序的组织管理措施,确保了应用的安全性,提高了患者的治疗效果和依从性,现报告如下。 　　1 临床资料 　　 2004年8月～2008年9月
