胫骨远端髁钢板内固定治疗胫骨远端骨折35例的的体会 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨胫骨远端髁钢板治疗胫骨远端骨折的手术方法和临床疗效。方法 本院自2003年1月～2008年6月对35例胫骨远端骨折患者进行手术治疗,选择合适的手术时机,手术复位应用胫骨远端髁钢板内固定。结果 术后随访6～24个月(平均14个月)。所有患者均获骨性愈合,术后创口I期愈合29例,按Mazur评分标准:优23例,良7例,可5例,优良率85.7%。所有患者无严重并发症。结论 胫骨远端髁钢板是治疗胫骨远端骨折的理想内固定物,只要选择合适的手术时机;内固定钢板符合胫骨远端解剖特点,内固定牢固,可获得良好的临床疗效。 　　[关键词] 胫骨远端骨折;胫骨远端髁钢板;手术内固定 　　[中图分类号] R681.8[文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-9701(2009)36-142-02 　　 　　Distal Tibial Condylar Plate Fixation for Distal Tibial Fractures: An Experience of 35 Cases 　　HUANG Wen jiangGONG HongguiXUE WenhuiCHEN Tianshi 　　Department of Surgery,Boluo County Peoples Hospital,Boluo 516100,China 　　 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the surgical method and clinical efficacy of the distal tibial condylar plate fixation for distal tibial fractures. Methods Thirty-five cases of distal tibial fractures were givensurgical treatment in our hospital from Jan. 2003 to June 2008,the appropriate timing of surgery was selected and the distal tibial condylar plate fixation was used for surgical reduction. Results All the patients had postoperative follow-up of 6-24 months(mean 14 months). All patients showed bone healing and postoperative wound I healing in 29 cases. Mazur score criteria showed excellent in 23 cases,good in 7 cases and general in 5 cases,with the excellent and good rate of 85.7%. All patients had no serious complication. Conclusion The distal tibial condylar plate for distal tibial fractures is the ideal inner fixity. The appropriate timing of surgery,the internal fixation of distal tibial plate in line with anatomical features,and strong internal fixation will obtain a better clinical efficacy. 　　[Key words] Distal tibial fractures;Distal tibial condylar plate fixation;Internal fixation 　　 　　胫骨远端骨折是骨科常见病,多为暴力所致。因胫骨下段软组织薄弱,骨折常伴有不同程度的软组织损伤,若处理不当,极易发生创口感染、皮肤坏死、骨折延迟愈合或不愈合等并发症。普通钢板及髓内钉内固定常常存在一定的困难。本院自2003年1月～2008年6月采用胫骨远端髁钢板内固定治疗胫骨远端骨折35例,临床疗效满意,现将体会报道如下。 　　 　　1资料与方法 　　 　　1.1一般资料 　　本组病例共35例,男26例、女9例,年龄15～63岁,平均年龄32岁。致伤原因:车祸致伤27例,重物砸伤5例,高处坠落伤3例,
