胫骨陈旧性骨折骨不连不同手术的方法对比分析 　　【摘要】 目的 探讨不同手术方法对胫骨陈旧性骨折骨不连的临床疗效。方法 54例胫骨陈旧性骨折骨不连患者， 随机分为交锁髓内针固定治疗组和锁定接骨板固定治疗组， 各27例。对比观察两组的临床疗效。结果 交锁髓内针固定治疗组平均愈合时间为（3.2±1.1）个月， 短于锁定接骨板固定治疗组的（4.9±1.4）个月， 差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。交锁髓内钉固定治疗组近期临床疗效优良率为96.3%， 高于锁定接骨板固定治疗组的81.5%， 差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 与锁定接骨板固定相比， 应用交锁髓内针固定治疗胫骨陈旧性骨折骨不连骨折愈合时间较短， 临床近期疗效优良率高， 值得临床推广。 　　【关键词】 陈旧性骨折；骨不连；交锁髓内针；锁定接骨板 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2016.34.010 　　Comparison and analysis on different surgery methods for chronic tibia fractures and bone ununion SONG Yang， WANG Yong-an， ZHANG Hai-jun， et al.
