He graduated from Chengdu University of Technology in conmunication major and was granted the Master arts Degree in June, 2010. Abstract As audience rating across the country going up, Wushu World Congress TV program came in front of audience of South Korea within a year. At this point, traditional Wushu interested more and more audience world wild. Although it had some places unsatisfactory, but if there was no this TV program, there was no so many people start to praise or discuss Wushu and its development. Through the study of traditional Sports TV programs such as Wushu World Congress, some suggests of combination of TV grogram with traditional sports were putting up. We want to find the ways of combination of TV grogram with traditional sports, which make both side win. By using this combination, we will carry forward traditional culture to a higher level and forms the situation of letting a hundred flowers blossom and a hundred schools contend not make traditional culture be submerged by the tides of history. This thesis is divided in five parts: The first part: According to the recessionary situation of the traditional sports, the importance of development of traditional sports and TV program for traditional sports is analyzed. The second part: According to the broadcasting ratio and the number of broadcasting of traditional sports program in TV station, the external and internal environment, the living and developing environment of TV program for traditional sports were studied.
