护理干预对高龄孕产妇妊娠与分娩影响 　　【摘要】 目的：分析护理干预应用在高龄孕产妇妊娠与分娩中的临床效果。方法：?x择2015年 　　6月-2016年11月本院收治的150例高龄孕产妇作为研究对象，采取随机双盲法将其分为对照组和试验组，每组75例。对照组给予常规护理方法，试验组在常规护理的基础上给予护理干预方法，比较两组的临床效果。结果：试验组的产程时间、新生儿体重及分娩方式均明显优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。试验组的并发症发生率为9.34%，明显低于对照组的22.67%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）结论：护理干预应用在高龄孕产妇妊娠与分娩中疗效显著，可明显降低妊娠合并症及并发症的发生率，改善新生儿结局，在临床中值得广泛推广与应用。 　　【关键词】 高龄孕产妇； 妊娠； 分娩； 护理干预 　　The Influence of Nursing Intervention on the Pregnancy and Delivery of Elderly Pregnant Women/XIE Li-mei，SONG Hui，LYU Hong，et al.//Medical Innovation of China，2017，14（06）：085-087 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the clinical effect of nursing intervention applied in pregnancy and delivery of elderly pregnant women.Method：150 elderly pregnant women were selected as the research objects in our hospital from June 2015 to November 2016，they were divided into control group and experimental group according to random double blind method，75 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care simply，the experimental group was given nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing，the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Result：The time of birth，birth weight and delivery mode of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.The complication rate of the experimental group was 9.34%，which was significantly lower than 22.67% of the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The application of nursing intervention in the elderly pregnant women in pregnancy and childbirth has a significant effect，can significantly reduce the incidence of complications and complications of pregnancy， improve neonatal outcomes，in the clinical value of the promotion and application. 　　【Key words】 Elderly pregnant women； Pregnancy； Delivery； Nursing intervention 　　First-author’s address：Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital，Chikan District，Zhanjiang，Zhanjiang 524100，China 　　doi：10.3
