护理干预对慢性肾功能衰竭患者生活质量影响 　　[摘要] 目的 分析护理干预对慢性肾功能衰竭患者生活质量的影响。方法 方便选取该院2013年10月―2017年2月接收的116例慢性肾功能衰竭患者资料，按护理措施不同分成2组，行基础护理的58例患者为对照组，行综合护理干预的58例患者为研究组，对比两组肾功能指标、生存质量及心理状态。结果 研究组血红蛋白、肌酐等指标水平（98.56±7.75）g/L、（1 012.31±94.47）umol/L较对照组高，差异有统计学意义，精力、生理机能等评分（67.79±8.40）分、（81.86±8.29）分较对照组高，SAS与SDS评分（39.54±3.18）分、（41.48±4.94）分则较对照组低，比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 慢性肾功能衰竭患者行综合护理干预可改善负面情绪与肾功能，提高生存质量。 　　[关键词] 综合护理干预；慢性肾功能衰竭；生活质量 　　[中图分类号] R5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）05（b）-0138-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with chronic renal failure. Methods 116 cases of patients with chronic renal failure admitted and treated in our hospital from October 2013 to February 2017 were convenient selected and divided into two groups with 58 cases in each according to different nursing measures， the control group adopted the basic nursing， while the research group adopted the comprehensive nursing intervention， and the renal function index， survival quality and mental state were compared between the two groups. Results The hemoglobin and creatinine levels in the research group were respectively （98.56±7.75）g/L and （1 012.31±94.47）umol/L， which were higher than those in the control group， and the differences were statistically significant， and the energy and physical organ scores were respectively（67.79±8.40）points and （81.86±8.29）points， and the SAS and SDS scores were respectively （39.54±3.18）points and （41.48±4.94）points， which were lower than those in the control group， and the differences between groups were statistically significant（P0.05）.
