II II Abstract In order to control overheated economy and stablize the housing price, a series of macro-economic control policies issued by the government in recent two years, enhancement on land administration, tight monetary policy, Adjustment of housing supply structure policy and etc., further strengthened competitions in the real estate industry. Also the consumers are getting more and more rational. All the factors above mentioned have made the real estate companies be in increasingly fierce market competition. XR company is one of the real estate companies, staying at the special period of developing itself from small business to larger one and from weak capability to stronger one and from operating single project to mutiple projects. Due to fierce competition externally, it is urgently required for self-improvement. XR Company has to engage in improvement on self-competitivity in order to survive in the fierce competition. In some sense , it is the fact that Improvement of company’s execution is improving company’s competivity. The thesis made a systematic analysis and summary on study results from academic talents from home and abroad on the theories of execution system construction. In accordance with the principle of theory guiding practice, the thesis analyzed various existing problems in XR Company from personnel flow, strategic flow, operational flow and corporate executive culture, and constructed an execution system of XR company on that basis. In that system, it respectively re-designed and optimized personnel flow, strategic flow and operational flow and constructed executive culture of XR Company. Finally the performance of the executive system of XR Company was verified by percentage of finalization of main financial indicators of the company, so that the thesis concluded the executive system of XR Company was implemented well.
