孕产妇家庭网络个性化健康教育模式探讨 [摘要] 目的 探讨孕产妇及其家庭网络个性化健康教育模式的参与率及满意度。 方法 2012年5月~2014年11月我院296例初产妇及其家属被要求在孕期完成11项课程,按照就诊当日的前后顺序,随机分组。实验组162例,从孕28周至产后28 d,由固定助产团队通过现代信息化网络社交工具,实现在家进行孕期健康教育,并完成连续性、个性化咨询;对照组134例,参加孕妇学校的教育,常规住院待产、分娩,产后电话回访。比较两组孕妇及其家属参与孕期的课程以及对孕期教育模式的满意度。 结果 孕期课程参与率,实验组孕妇及家庭成员均明显高于对照组(P0.01);教育模式满意度方面,实验组孕妇及家庭成员均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.01)。实验组剖宫产例数低于对照组,新生儿5 min Apgar评分高于对照组(P0.05)。 结论 现代信息化健康教育模式可完成系统孕期教育,并实现产前、产时、产后连续性个性化的咨询,使孕妇和家庭参与率及满意度提高。 [关键词] 个性化;连续性;孕期健康教育;网络 [中图分类号] R473.71 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701(2016)07-0160-05 [Abstract] Objective To explore the maternal and their families participation and satisfaction rate in the use of network personalized healthy education modal. Methods After completed 11 courses during pregnancy, 296 primipara and their families from May 2012 to November 2014 were assigned into two groups according to the registration number randomly. Experimental group(n=162) was accepted the fixed midwife teams health education in their homes by use the modern information social network tools from 28 weeks to postpartum 28 days with the continuity, personalized consulting. Control group(n=134) was accepted the health education in the pregnancy school and institutional delivery, postpartum telephone follow-up as usual. Participate in pregnancy course and satisfaction of prenatal education mode of two groups of pregnant women and their families were compared. Results In the pregnancy course participation and satisfaction of education mode part, experimental group of pregnant women and family members were significantly higher than that in the control group. There were obviously differences between the two groups(P0.01). The cesarean section of experimental group was obviously lower than that in the control group, the neonatal 5 min Apgar score was higher than that in the control group(P0.05).
