摘 要 本设计分为两部分，一般部分和专题部分。 一般设计部分是生产能力为12万吨/年的铝合金棒生产系统设计。设计的主要内容包括五部分：首先介绍了工厂的基本情况、生产条件和企业发展战略；其次是设施规划，即根据要求的生产能力及产品工艺流程进行工厂总体布置、主要车间布置和物料搬运系统设计；再次是方法研究，根据工业工程的基本原理对现有流程进行程序分析、操作分析、动作分析和作业测定；接着根据产品需求量制定综合生产计划、主生产计划和物料需求计划；最后阐述了企业的质量管理体系。 专题部分是质量成本分析在企业质量管理中的应用。质量成本分析通过对有关不良质量费用数据的收集、核算、分析与控制来反映质量管理体系活动的有效性。应用最佳质量成本分析法得出了企业的最佳质量水平，利用质量成本的控制方法，如排列图、因果图等，找出了质量问题具体的异常原因，指明了控制对象，为企业的质量成本管理工作提供了依据。 关键词：设施规划；方法研究；生产计划；质量管理体系；质量成本分析  ABSTRACT The paper includes two parts, the general part and special one. A production system of Aluminum alloy rods with the capacity of 12000t per year is designed in the general part. There are five aspects in the general part. The outside and inner conditions and management strategies of the plant is elaborated in the first part. The second is Facilities Planning, the workshop and factory layout and materials flow system based on the production ability and the technical sequence is designed. The third is Method Research, production sequence and operation analysis, motion time analysis and work measurements are made to the present process. The forth is Production Plan, the comprehensive production planning, master production planning and material requirement planning are made according to the demand. quality management system is established in the last part. The special part is the use of quality cost analysis. It can reflect the effectiveness of quality control system through collection，accounting, analysis and control of the data about defective quality cost. And the optimum quality level of the factory is derived by use of such quality cost control methods as permutation diagram and copied drawing, the specific reason of abnormal quality problem is found, and control object is indicated.
