毕 业 设 计（论 文） 题目＿完善我国城镇住房保障制度的经济学分析 高等教育自学试题时间 年 月 日 起 至 年 月 日 三、进点内 指导师 职称 批准日期： 年 月 日 摘要 住房条件的好坏是衡量城镇居民生活水平高低的重要标志，是全面建设小康社会的重要内容。完善城镇中低收入家庭住房保障制度，推行城镇住房制度建设，维护中低收入家庭住房基本权益，对于构建和谐社会、保持社会稳定具有十分重要的意义。 为了配合我国城镇住房市场化的改革，我国建立了以住房公积金、经济适用住房、廉租房为内容的城镇住房保障制度。这些制度在保障城镇住房制度改革顺利推进和解决中低收入者住房困难方面，取得了一定成效。但是存在的问题也很突出。因此分析发现制度所存在的问题，研究解决对策，是政府在城镇住房领域中面临的核心内容，也是各地区当前急需解决的问题。文章从经济学的角度分析提出了完善我国城镇住房公积金、廉租房、经济适用房制度建设的新思路，希望能为解决城镇中低收入家庭住房难问题提供一些建议。 关键词：经济学；住房基金；廉价房；经济适用房；对策 Abstract The quality of housing conditions is a measure of the importance of high and low standard of living of urban residents sign off society is an important part.
