STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE CARGO PROCEDURE FOR AOK CREWCHANGE / CHARTER FLIGHTS DISPATCH OF CARGO FROM WILSON AIRPORT, NAIROBI NO cargo shall be accepted for AOK crewchange or charter flights, unless the following procedures have been followed : 24 hours prior to the flight, full details of cargo shall be e-mailed to : AOK Flight Co-ordinator (Nairobi) (alice.yego@) AOK Wellsite Logistics Co-ordinator (logistics@) Wellsite Landing Officer(juliusvanderwalt@) Tropicair Cargo Manager (malimmusa786@) Tropicair Wilson Operations (wilson@) The cargo shall be fully described and shall include dimensions and weights, and if comprising multiple items, a Packing List shall be provided. Any goods classed as Dangerous Goods, including chemicals, explosives, radioactive or magnetic sources, firearms, etc shall require a 48 hour notification prior to flight departure, and shall require the relevant IMDG documentation. All cargo shall be fully detailed on the Flight Manifest by the AOK Flight Co-ordinator or AOK Logistics Co-ordinator, and such Flight Manifest shall require review and approval by Tropicair’s Operations and Cargo Manager. All cargo shall be suitably boxed or packaged, packing list attached, and clearly labeled with the following detail : TO : Africa Oil Kenya BV Bahasi / Sala (please specify) Well Location (via Tropicair) c/o Wilson Aeroclub Cargo facility Wilson Airport Nairobi Attention : Mr. Malim Musa, 0702 244 165.
