红外线综合治疗囊肿结节型痤疮研究 　　[摘要]目的：囊肿结节型痤疮治疗较为困难，本组应用红外线综合治疗方法，观察评估其疗效，以期建立一种有效的治疗方法。方法：将284例囊肿结节型痤疮患者就诊于我科，按治疗方法不同随机分为单纯清创组、单纯面膜组和红外线综合治疗组。单纯清创组仅对软化并出现波动的痤疮进行清创处理，单纯面膜组仅采用中药面膜外敷治疗，红外线综合治疗组采用红外线照射30min后再行针刺清创加庆大霉素冲洗创面，敷用中药面膜后再照射红外线30min，最后外敷积雪苷。治疗4周后对疗效进行评估。随访3个月跟踪复发情况。结果：红外线综合治疗组的临床治愈率和总有效率均明显高于单纯清创组和单纯面膜组(P＜0.01)，复发率则明显低于单纯清创组和单纯面膜组(P＜0.01)。结论：红外线综合治疗囊肿结节型痤疮疗效显著。[关键词]痤疮；红外线；清创；中药面膜；结节；囊肿 　　[中图分类号]R758.73 [文献标识码]A[文章编号]1008-6455（2009）02-0227-03 　　 　　The study of combined therapy with infrared ray for nodulated and cystic acne 　　XU Hong-xia,XUE Yan-bin,YAN Xiao-hui,LI Xue-ping,CAO Chao-xia,ZHANG Xi-juan,ZHAO Yu-cong 　　(Department of Medical Plastic Surgery,Navy general Hospital of Chinese PLA,Beijing 100037,China) 　　 　　Abstract:ObjectiveThe treatment of nodulated and cystic acne is tough. We applied combined therapy with infrared ray to treat this acne, and evaluated its effect. We hope that an effective method could be established. Methods 284 nodulated and cystic acne patients were were divided into 3 groups: debriding treatment group, mask treatment group, and combined therapy with infrared ray group.Simple debridement was done for softened and fluctuated acne for debriding treatment group. Simple mask with chinese traditional medicine was applied for mask treatment group.After face washing,patients of combined therapy group received infrared ray therapy for 30mins, then sterilized pinhead was used to puncture the nodules or cysts.The central core of the lesion was extruded out, and Gentamycin was injected into the lesion to wash out the debris. Then facial mask with Chinese traditional medicine was applied, infrared ray therapy was used again. The Topical ointment Jixuegan was used finally.After 4 weeks of therapy, effect was evaluated. Patients were followed up for 3 months. Results The clinical recovery rate and total effective rate of combined therapy group was much higher,and the recurrent rate was much lower, than that of debriding treatment group and mask
