AbstractTheDACbasedonoversamplingandSigma-deltanoiseshapingtechnonolyconvertsthedigitalsignaltohighresolutionanalogsignal.Thedigital-to-analogconverterwhichisimplementedwiththistechnologyreducessensitivitytomanufacturingprocessgreatly.Atthesametime,thedesignandfabricationoftheanalogreconstructionfiltercanbesimplifiedbyemployingthenoise-shapingtechnology.Basedonabovetechnologies,theSigma-deltaDACisoneofthehighestprecisionDACmanufacturedwithsameprocess.Inthispaper,basedonthedigitalsignalprocessingtheory,firstlythestructuresoftheSigma-deltamodulatorareanalysedsuchasone-order,two-order,high-order,andMASHmodulators.Andwedescribedtheinfluenceofoversamplingratioandnoisetransferfunctiontonoiserestraint.Basedontheaboveanalysis,wedesigneda3rdorderSigma-deltamodulator.110dBSNRand-107dBTHD+Nisachievedwith24bitsinput.AsanaudioDACimplementation,theDACcouldbeappliedtoprocessaudiosignalsinprotocolofI2S/PCMwithsamplingrateof8/11.025/12/16/22.05/24/32/44.1/48kHzandwithword-lengthof16/18/20/24bits.Bylearningfrommanyotherpapers,withthedesignflowofthestablehigh-orderhigh-resolutionSigma-deltamodulator,wedesigneda3rdorder128-timesmodulatorwhichcanachieve18bitsENOB.Byusingpole-zerooptimizationandditherstructure,weimprovedtheSNRofmodulatorby5dBandavoidedtheinfluenceofIdletones.Thenwedesignedandimplementatedtheinterpoatormodels,whichhasacascadedtwohalfbandfiltersandafeasibleCICfiltertorealizean128-timesoversamplingfilter,andmeanwhileitalsohasaperfectpass-bandandstop-bandperformance.AndthisstructureisfullysimplifiedbyusingCSDcodeandodd-evenphasetodesignthehalfbandfiltersforsavingthearea.Inthispaper,theSigma-deltaDACwhichwedesignedisimplementedandadequatelyverifiedwithEDAtoolsandFPGA,andthecellareaofthesystemis775820.75um2,thenMPWisfinishedwithTSMC0.18technology.TheATEresultshowsthataccordingtodifferentinputsignalsrangingfrom8kHzto48kHz,theperformanceoftheIPachievestherequirementofthespecification.KeywordsSigma-delta,noise-shaping,oversampling,DAC,stability目录摘要................................
