StudyontheBiologicalCharacteristics,GrowthandDevelopmentRegularityandChromosomeKaryotypeAnalyzeoftheWildVegetable,LycopuslucidusTurczAbstractThewildvegetable,LycopusLucidusTurcz,isthelabiataeperennialherbaceousplant.Itsundergroundrhizomeswerethemainedibleorgans.Becauseofitsrichnutrition,tastebrittleandmedicinalfunction,itisworthyofdevelopingaswildplant.ForunderstandingofreproductivecharacteristicsofLycopusLucidusTurczdeeplyandsystematiclyandlayingthetheoreticalfoundationtolargescalecultivationandindustrializationdevelopment,thisexperimentthroughtheintroductiontotheLycopusLucidusTurcz,studyonthebiologicalcharacteristics,reproductiveregularityofLycopusLucidusTurcz,rhizomesexpandingmechanism,therhizomesnutrientsaccumulationpattern,andthekaryotypeanalysisofLycopusLucidusTurcz.Themainresultsshowthatasbellow.BiologicalCharacteristicsofLycopuslucidusTurcz（1）TemperatureBiologicalCharacteristicsofLycopuslucidusTurczTherhizomesgerminationofminimumsoiltemperatureof4.3℃,theoptimaltemperatureis20℃.Theoptimal10cmsoiltemperaturerangetoLycopusLucidusTurczis13.3~22.7℃,whentheseedingsemergence.Theoptimal10cmsoiltemperaturerangeofseedlinggrowthisfrom17.7℃to27.7℃,andtheoptimumrangeofatmaspheretemperatureis17.0℃~24.7℃.LycopusLucidusTurczslethaltemperatureforseedlingis-12℃,whiletherhizomeslethaltemperatureforgermination-24℃.(2)PhotosyntheticCharacteristicsofLycopuslucidusTurczThenetphotosyntheticrateisbimodalcurve.Thepeakappearedat10:00a.m.and14:00p.m.Thereisthelunchbreakphenomenonobviously.(3)TheRootBiomassDistributionCharacteristicsofLycopuslucidusTurczThebiomassdistributionofLycopusLucidusTurczrootisliketheumbrella.TherootofLycopusLucidusTurczsmainlyconcentratedwithinthescopeofthe20cmfromthegroundontheverticaldistributionandlargelyfocusedonwithinabout20cmfromthemainsteminthehorizontaldistribution.TheGrowthandDevelopmentRegularityofLycopuslucidusTurczThePlantGrowthThendsofLycopuslucidusTurczFromseedling,theplantexhibition,stemdiameter,leafnumberandleavesareaincreasedwithgrowthperiod.Th
