We assaied the grain size and dissolution of self-microemulsifying liquid formulation of Brucea Javanica Oil.In order to self-microemulsifying rate as index, we investigated the processing factors.Basing on the appearance, forming and dissolution,we compared the diverse of adsorbing materials, attenuants and agglutinates .In the study of quality standards,according to Chinese Pharmacopoeia2010, the quality of preparation was estimated on particle size, moisture, diffluence, weigh diff.,microbial limit and so on .The precolumn derivatization HPLC method was used to determine the content of oleic acid and linoleic acid. Three bath of pilot sample has carried on the preliminary stability of accelerated test for six months. At last
