China’s entry into WTO. In part three, the author makes a grey model toanalyse the connection degree about Shandong peninsula international logistics demands after expatiating the theory of logistics demands. The author validates the value and quantity based on the total amount of imports and exports in the eight cities of Shandong peninsula. According to this, the author gets the order of factors which influences Shandong peninsula international logistics demands. On this basis, the article points out the problems that exist in the development of international logistics in the Shandong peninsula. In part four, the author forecasts the demands of Shandong peninsula international logistics and gets the trend. Finally some advices and development countermeasures are given based on the forecast.By means of qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis and diagrams, this paper illustrates the importance of the development condition of international logistics and active parts in economic activities. Their development of international logistics directly related to the imports and exports trades of Shandong peninsula. The theory research on Shandong peninsula international logistics is rare in our country. So this article has practical value and reference meaning.
