摘要目的：通过观察“三部整治法配合中药熏洗”对膝关节骨性关节炎的临床 疗效，探寻中医药治疗膝关节骨关节炎适合推广的规范化方案。方法：按照临床治疗试验设计与评价的原则，临床选取 80 例符合纳入标准的膝关节骨性关节炎患者，随机分为试验组 40 例和对照组 40 例。试验组采 用 “三部整治法配合中药熏洗”处理。对照组采用教材类手法配合中药熏洗 的方法；两组病例在两个疗程前后进行临床疗效对比，并做症状积分评价，用 膝关节骨性关节炎评分标准判定改善的程度，对观测的结果进行分析。结果：采用 “三部整治法配合中药熏洗”试验组治疗 40 例，临床控制 21 例，占 52.5%；显效 12 例，占 30%；有效 5 例，占 12.5%；无效 2 例，占5%；采用教材类手法配合中药熏洗方法,对照组治疗 40 例，临床控制 17 例， 占 42.5%；显效 9 例，占 22.5%；有效 9 例，占 22.5%；无效 5 例，占 12.5%； 试验组采用“三部整治法配合中药熏洗”治疗膝关节骨性关节炎临床控制率 95%，能有效控制膝关节骨性关节炎。试验组治疗前后症状积分经过 t 检验， 得出 P ＜0.01，具有显著性差异。说明试验组对膝关节骨性关节炎有显著的 疗效。试验组与对照组治疗后症状积分经过 t 检验，得出 P＜0.01，具有显著 性差异，说明试验组治疗效果明显优于对照组。结论：通过整理与研究，该综合优化方案可以更有效地改善早、中期膝骨 关节炎的各项临床症状，比较适合进行临床推广。关键词：膝关节骨性关节炎；三部整治法；中药熏洗；临床研究Three rectification method with Chinese herbal fumigation and washing method in Treating Knee OsteoarthritisChi hong wan(Orthopaedics and Tranma of T.C.M.)Directed by professor Huang jun qingAbstractObjective:By observing Three rectification method with Chinese herbal fumigation and washing methodon knee osteoarthritis clinical efficacy,explore the traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of osteoarthritis of knee joint is suitable for popularization and standardization programMethod: According to the clinical treatment of experimental design and evaluation principle adopts chooses 80 cases by single blind order of Knee osteoarthritis.
