与第二次测定的得分相比差别无统计学意义(p＞0.05)；⑤总量表、五个领域内部一致性信度α值分别为0.81、0.84、0.73、0.89、0.74和0.69；各条目与其领域的相关系数a值均在0.60以上，可认为QLICP-BR量表(V1.0)具有较好的内部一致性信度；⑥对5个领域及总量表第一次和第三次测定得分的均值进行比较，第一次和第三次乳腺癌患者QOL躯体功能维度、心理功能维度、社会功能维度、共性模块维度和量表总分两次测定得分差异有统计学意义（p＜0.05），而疾病共性症状/副反应维度和特异模块维度尚未发现差异，这说明QLICP-BR量表(V1.0)能够敏感地反映出乳腺癌QOL的变化，具有一定的反应度。结论：①化疗会给乳腺癌患者带来QOL短暂的显著下降；②QLICP-BR量表(V1.0)语言通俗易懂、结构清晰、使用方便、具有中国文化特色、适合中国国情，具有良好的可接受性；③QLICP-BR量表(V1.0)具有较好的效度、信度和一定的反应度，可用于中国乳腺癌患者的生命质量测定。关键词:乳腺肿瘤化疗生命质量QLICP-BR量表评价EvaluationofQLICP-BRquestionnaireinbreastcancerpatientsundergoingchemotherapyAbstractObjective；Evaluatethevalidity，reliabilityandresponsivenessofQLICP-BR(qualityoflifeinstrumentsforcancerpatients-breastcancer)questionnairebyusingittoinvestigatedthequalityoflife(QOL)ofbreastcancerpatientsundergoingchemotherapy.Methods:WeinvestigatedtheQOLof114breastcancerpatientsundergoingchemotherapythattreatedinDepartmentofPathologyinourhospitalfromJanuary2007toDecember2008byQLICP-BRquestionnaire(Version1.0),eachsubjectswereinvestigatedforthefirsttimeonadmission.Ninety-eightsubjectsamongthetotalwereinvestigatedforthesecondtimeoneortwodaysafteradmissiontoinspectthetest-retestreliability.Ninety-foursubjectsamongthetotalwereinvestigatedforthethirdtimeoneweekaftertheinitiationofchemotherapytoinspecttheresponsiveness.Besides,weusedFACT-B(FunctionalAssessmentofCancerTherapy-Breast，Chineseversion,Version4.0)questionnaireofAmericaandQLQ-BR53（QualityofLifeQuestionnaire-BreastCancer,Chineseversion,Version3.0）questionnaireofEuroperetestedeverytimetoinspectthecriterionvalidity.EvaluateQLICP-BRquestionnairefromthevalidity，reliabilityandresponsivenessbycalculustheinternalconsistencyαforeachdomain,thervalueofretestcorrelationcoefficient,theeachrvalueofcorrelationcoefficientbetweensingleitemandit’sdomain,andcomparedthemeanscoresbetweenthefirstandthethirdinvestigationbyttest.Results:①Almostallofthesubjectsexceptwhomilliteracyanddangerouslyillcancompletetheinvestigationwithin15minutes,allofthequestionnaireswererecoveredand97%wasuptostand
