关键词：“网瘾”青少年个案工作认知行为治疗模式ABSTRACTNetworkhasbecomeanindispensablepartofhumanlifenow.ExcepttheinitialcomputernetworktodaywehavetheTVnetworkandmobilephonenetwork.Networkhasbeensousualasthewaterandelectricitytopeopleslife.TheappearanceanddevelopmentofInternetnotonlypromotedtheprogressofscienceandtheconvenienceoflifestyle，butalsocreatedalargenumberoftheInternetexcessiveusers.AndthisistheproblemwearetodiscussabouttheInternetaddiction.ThereisnoclearagelimitfortheInternetaddiction”,becausefromyouthofseveralyearstoelderoftensofyearsarelikelytobecomeaddictedinInternet.However,asfarastheproportionandthedangertosociety,theproblemofInternetaddictionyouthundoubtedlygetsmoreattentions.Asthemainbodyofthefuturedevelopmentofsociety,youngpeopleshouldbeactivetolearntheskillstoadaptthemodernworld,insteadofindulgingintheInternetworldsoastoignortheethicsandnormsinreallifeanddealingwiththeteacherandthefamily.Therefore,manytreatmentsforInternetaddictionyouthhaveappearedinourlives.AccordingtothepsychologyoftheparentsthattheydreamtohelptheirchildrengetridoftheInternetaddictionandreturnbacktothenormalschoollives,theyevenusesomeextremewaystohelpteenagerstogetridofInternetaddictionforthehighreturns.ButtheseextrememethodssometimescannothelpteenagersgetridofInternetaddictionandreturntoreality,eventheseextremewayscausethedamagetoyouthsphysicalandmentalhealthindifferentdegrees.EveninthecaseofthattheInternetaddictionhasbeenrelievedinthishighpressureenvironment,buttheInternetaddictionyouthmaysoonreturntotheworldoftheinternetwithoutthisspecificenvironmentofcompression.SoweneedtofindareasonablewaytohelptheInternetaddictionyouthgetridoftheinternetaddictionfundamentallyandreturnbacktoreallifethoroughly.ThisresearchisbasedonthetheoriesofpeopleintheanalysisfromtheperspectiveofcontextandMaslowshierarchyofneedstoanalyzethefactorsoftheinternetaddiction.Throughtheanalysisoftheinternetaddictionscauses,weconstructtheinterventionofcognitivebehavioraltherapymode.Wecangetthepracticalexperienceofsocialworkthroughthestu
