抑癌基因TIP30表达对大肠癌发生、发展影响 　　[摘要] 目的 研究TIP30在大肠癌与配对正常大肠黏膜中的表达差异，分析TIP30蛋白表达与患者临床病理特征间的关系。 方法 对我院2009~2010年收治的50例大肠癌患者手术切除标本和配对正常大肠黏膜组织采用免疫组化法进行TIP30蛋白表达检测。 结果 50例大肠癌标本中有20例（40%）TIP30蛋白表达缺失，而50例配对正常大肠组织中仅有5例（10%）TIP30蛋白表达缺失，两者相比差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。分析TIP30表达缺失与患者临床病理特征的关系发现，TIP30表达缺失与患者不良预后因素间存在明显相关性，这些因素包括临床分期、血清CEA水平及有无淋巴结转移等。 结论 TIP30是大肠癌中的一个重要肿瘤抑制基因，TIP30表达可抑制大肠癌的发生发展，TIP30表达缺失促进大肠癌的发生发展。 　　[关键词] 大肠癌；TIP30基因；抑癌基因 　　[中图分类号] R730.231 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2012）04（a）-0026-03 　　 　　The influence of tumor suppressor gene TIP30 expression on the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer 　　CHEN Beibei MA Lei CHEN Xiaobing▲ LUO Suxia LU Huifang DENG Wenying LI Ning HAN Lili 　　Department of Internal Medicine, the Affiliated Cancer Hospital of Zhengzhou University Henan Cancer Hospital, Henan Province, Zhengzhou 450008, China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the expression difference of TIP30 protein between the intestinal mucous membrane of colorectal cancer (CRC) and the normal colorectal samples, and analyze the association between the expression of TIP30 protein and the clinicopathological features of patients. Methods The difference of TIP30 protein levels between 50 cases of patients with CRC and the paired normal colorectal mucosa samples were explored by immunohisto chemistry staining method from 2009 to 2010 in our hospital. Results The results showed that among 50 cases of colorectal cancer samples, TIP30 was absent in 20 cases (40%) and among 50 cases of normal colorectal samples, TIP30 was absent in 5 cases (10%). The relation between absent expression of TIP30 protein and the clinicopathological features of patients were analyzed, and the results showed that the absent expression of TIP30 protein had a significant correlation with adverse prognostic factors, including with clinical stage, serum CEA levels and lymph node metastasis.
