ii hladr蛋白在潮汕食管癌组织中表达及意义-expression and significance of ii h ladr protein in chaoshan esophageal carcinoma tissue
HLA-DR. For each section, immunohistochemically positive tumor cells were counted in 5 points under high power fields(×400) and the percentage of positive cells was calculated by Image-Pro Plus 6.0 analytical system.SIMPLE stain: The formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections were stained usingSIMPLE technology , Ii and HLA-DR antigens were detected. Each section was used automatic biological microscope to collect photos in the same position.ResultsNormal esophagus and low grade intraepithelial neoplasia was negative for Ii while expressed in high grade intraepithelial neoplasia and oesophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Normal, low grade intraepithelial neoplasia and high grade intraepithelial neoplasia compared tothe esophageal squamous cell carcinoma respectively, Ii incresed in the latter(P<0.01). Therewas significance of difference in expression of Ii between normal and high grade intraepithelial neoplasia(P<0.05)While not between the low grade intraepithelial neoplasia and high grade intraepithelial neoplasia(P>0.05).The positive expression rate of Ii is increase in the progression from low-to-high grade tumors(P<0.05).The expression of HLA-DR protein was negative in normal esophagus samples and little in low grade intraepithelial neoplasia,while increased in high grade intraepithelial neoplasia and esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. There was no significance between normal esophagusand low grade intraepithelial neoplasia(P>0.05) , so did high grade intraepithelial neoplasiaand esophageal carcinoma(P>0.05). However,there was significance in expression of HLA-DR that normal group compared to high grade intraepithelial neoplasia and esophagealsquamous cell carcinoma respectively(P<0.01), so did low grade intraepithelial neoplasia (P<0.01).The co-expression of Ii and HLA-DR are detected in esophgeal squamous cell carcinoma and Ii expression is positively correlated with HLA-DR expression(P<0.05,rs=0.358).
