powerconsumptionduringtheproductionandthelifeofionicexchangemembrane,thewaytoincreasethebrinequalityhasalwaysbeenthegoalofthechloro-alkaliindustry.Thetraditionalbrinepurificationprocessusingcoagulationandsedimentationareineffectiveinremovingcalcium,magnesiumandothersuspendedsolids,whichbecomeoneofthemajorproblemsduringoperationofelectrodialysis.Recently,thebrinepurificationprocessutilizesthe“pretreatment+membraneseparation”toreplacethetraditionalprocesswith“sedimentationtank+sandfilter+secondarysinteredcarboncartridgefilter”hasmadesignificantcontributiontochangethelowbrinequalityandincreasemembranecelllife.ThissignificantchangehasbeencalledasrevolutionofbrinepurificationinChina.Ablemishinanotherwiseperfectthing,wefoundthatapartofmembranefiltrationprocesswerenotveryreasonable,andtheequipmentconfigurationofmembraneseparatorandpretreatmentwasnotveryperfectforsteadyoperationandproductioncostsfromthepointofviewinactualproduction.Underthehelpingofmyteacherandexpert,Ididthesystemsanalysisfortheactualoperationprocessofmembraneseparationplantdependingonmycoursestudyandpracticework.AndIfixonmyresearchtask:Researchingtheequipmentconfigurationofmembraneseparatorandpretreatment,andresearchingthemembraneseparationprocesstoputforwardanewprocessandimprovingonitaccordingtotheexperienceofactualoperation.Andnow,basedontheactualapplicationresultsinsomechloro-alkaliplants,thenewprocessisprovedthatitisbringtothesteadyqualityoffiltrationbrine,easilyoperating,savingenergy,andprotectingcrystaltoincreasetheseparationcapabilityofmembranefilter.Anditisalsobringtoadvancedcontrolofplant,savinginvestmentandoperationcostforitsuser.Atpresent,therearetenplusplants,whichhaveadoptedthistechnologyinfrontofionicmembraneanddiaphragmcell.Thistechnologyalsogetsrecognitionoverseafromoverseachloro-alkaliindustryandsomeplantsalreadyadoptedthistechnology.Ihopetheresearchresultishelpforchloro-alkaliuserstodesigning,reformingandoperatingmembraneseparationplant.Asmoreandmoreplantsstarttoapplythistechnologyinfulls
