ResearchonElectronicControlSystemofDissociatedMethanolGasEngineAbstractBasedonthedevelopingprogressofVmode(V-Cycle)developmentofECUforengineprocess,makingfulluseofcomputersimulationtechnologyanddesigningelectroniccontrolsystemtocontrolthedissociatedmethanolgasengine.Withafourcylinderengineastheprototype,addingthemethanolcrackingdeviceandcrackinggasvalveintheexhaustpipeontheairwaytomaketheengineswitchbetweenthegasolineoperationandmethanolcrackinggasoperation.Establishingtheenginecontrolstrategyofmultimode:makingtheenginestartwithgasolinemodeandmakingengineswitchingtothecrackedgasmodeautomaticallywhentheexhausttemperaturereachestherequirementsofcracker’sworkingneed.Electriccontrolsystemrealizefuelswitchingthroughcontrollingmethanolinjectionquantityandcrackedgasvalve,andmakeenginerunsmoothlyincrackinggasmodethroughcontrollingtheignitionadvanceangleandmethanolinjectionquantity.EstablishingtheenginemathematicalsimulationmodelwithMATLAB/Simulink.Accordingtothecontrolstrategyandcontrolscheme,choosingthecontrolmethod(open-loop,closed-loopfeedbackcontrol)andbuildingsimulationcontrollerintheMATLAB/Simulink,whichrealizethefunctionofECU.AccordingtothecalculationmathematicalmodeldrawingbasicMAPgraph(methanolinjectionquantityMAPandignitionadvanceangleMAPdiagram)andinsertingECU.ECUcontroltheengineaccordingtoenginespeed，solartermdooropeningandexhausttemperature.BOOSTsoftwareisusedtoestablishtheworkingprocessoftheenginemodel.Comparingandanalyzingcalculatingdataofmathematicalmodelandexperimentaldata,wecandrawthatmodelmaintainedwithin8%errorrange,andthecontrolsystemcanachievethecontrolobjectivesandmeetthedesignrequirements.Keyword:Dissociatedmethanolgasengine，MathematicalModel，ECU，ComputerSimulationTechnology目录甲醇裂解气发动机电控系统研究.....................................................................................I摘要.....................................................................................................................................IResearchonElectronicControlSystemofDissocia
