Comparing the performance of uniform distribution of catalyst with the catalyst distribution form I, the catalyst distribution form II and the catalyst distribution form of inverse function with each other, and the minimum cold spot temperature difference, the highest methanol conversion and hydrogen production rate can be achieved in catalyst distribution form I, results further indicate that the bigger the catalyst dilution ratio is, the smaller the cold spot temperature difference is and the closer the location of the cold spot is; the cold spot temperature difference could be contracted by raising the catalyst dilution ratio in a way, and it is the same with methanol conversion and hydrogen production rate improving.
