中原经济区土地经济密度的时空差异及其影响因素分析( 丁志伟，张改素 （河南大学环境与规划学院，河南省开封市 475004） 摘要：基于中原经济区24市的土地经济密度数据，利用泰尔指数、变差系数、Nich指数、土地变化率、GIS空间分析方法、ESDA等方法对2001—2010年中原经济区土地经济密度的时序变化特征与空间演化格局进行研究。结果表明（1）中原经济区土地经济密度总体上呈波动上升随后下降的趋势，区内各市的土地经济密度变化差异明显，土地密度变化率呈现波动起伏，略有下降的趋势；（2）区域内经济密度的空间变化格局呈现中心—外围模式，以郑州为核心的区域出现集聚效应，豫南、豫东和外围区发展速度较慢；（3）中原经济区土地经济密度的变化随城市化率的提高、科技投入的增加、产业结构的调整和交通区位的改善，土地的经济效益将会有明显的改善。 A study on temporal-spatial features and influence factors of land economic density of central plain economic region Ding zhiwei Zhang Gaisu (College of environment and planning, Henan university, Henan Kaifeng 475004) Abstract: This paper analyzed the temporal-spatial features and influence factors of land economic density of central plain economic region from 2001—2010，by using methods including Theil index, variation coefficient, Nich index, land economic density change rate, Arc GIS spatial analysis and ESDA analysis. This research results indicated that: Generally the land economic density of central plain economic region tended to increase continuously, however, the difference among cities were obvious and the land density change rate waved. Different regional land economic density differences has great consistency with economic structure stability, the tendency of spatial concentration was obvious in the whole area, but local spatial cluster centers were located in Zhengzhou, central plain urban agglomeration and the northern region of Henan province. Finally, with the influence factors of improved urbanization level, growth technology input, industrial restructuring and traffic location change, the land economic benefit will significantly improved. Key words: land economic density; temporal-spatial difference; influence factors; central plain economic region 引言 在区域经济一体化、城乡统筹发展的背景下，中原经济区的城镇化率从2001年的24.2%提高到2010年的38.1%，以年均1.5个百分点的速度持续增长。如何协调好中原地区经济增长与城市土地有限供给之间的矛盾已成为影响中原经济区“三化”协调的瓶颈。因此，如何提高土地利用效益便成了解决问题的关键所在。关于土地经济密度的研究，国内的学者主要采用泰尔指数、变差系数、锡尔指数等区域经济差异的研究方法[1-3]对土地变化的动态特征进行分析，并结合GIS空间分析、ESDA等分析
