摘要21 世纪以来，随着经济的快速发展的同时，也给城市带来了很多相应的问题： 城市土地变化频率快、城市水污染、空气污染、热岛效应等一系列的问题。人工 对上述问题的监测已不能满足城市监测的需求，特别像溢油、恶劣空气污染等突 发性的情况，严重影响到决策的正确性，带来一些不可估量的损失。因此遥感技 术的应用就显得尤为重要，其快速的资料获取更新及越来越高的精确度、可靠性 使其成为城市应用中不可缺少的组成部分。本论文开展的主要工作有：（1）通过对青岛市现有遥感影像资料的整理、分析，完成现有遥感影像数据 的有效分类。并对遥感数据进行综合分析，为青岛市城市土地利用、城市绿地、 海岸带分析提供数据支持。（2）利用 ArcEngine 为基础设计架构，使用.NET 与 IDL 混合语言为开发语 言，对青岛市遥感综合应用平台的设计与实现进行了探索和开发，最终实现了青 岛市遥感综合应用平台，为后期数据库的设计和实现提供技术支持及成功经验。（3）对遥感技术在城市应用中流程化模式进行研究并实现，本文以 Landsat TM 遥感影像为实验数据，以青岛市胶州湾海岸线及面积监测为主要实现点，进行 遥感影像处理应用的流程化操作，为后期城市土地利用监测、水质监测等城市遥 感应用的实现提供技术支持及成功经验。关键字：城市遥感；混编；ArcEngine；海域面积及变迁ABSTRACTWith the rapid development of the economy , there are a lot of problems in the city: land change in the fast frequency , water pollution, air pollution, urban heat land effect and so on. Artificial monitoring on the problems has been unable to meet the city monitoring needs, like oil spill, severe air pollution and other unexpected situations, which affects the correct decision seriously, and bring inestimable loss. Then the application of remote sensing technology is particularly significant, whose velocity is so rapid at data acquisition and update, more and more high precision and reliability make it become an indispensable part in city application.
