摘要在安全生产监管领域开展信息化系统建设不仅是电子政务时代的具体要求，更能在提高监管工作效率，有效预防和控制重大事故发生以及在事故发生后应急指挥与救援上发挥举足轻重的作用。本文基于 REST 架构风格 Web Service 理论，分析比较了基于 REST 与基于 SOAP 的 Web Service 的区别，说明了 REST 架构的巨大优势，并指出 REST 架构风格是目前流行的创建 Web 应用的通用且简易的方法；通过对 Ajax 技术的论述，说明了建设 Web 2.0 需要以 Ajax 为核心技术。基于 ArcGIS Server REST API 的优势特性，指出了使用 ArcGIS Server JavaScr ipt API 是快速建立 Web 地图应用的轻量级方式，并说明了 ArcGIS Server REST API 的使用过程。从设计原则、设计思路、总体架构和性能指标等几个方面指出了建设 REST 架构风格 GIS 系统要遵循的总体设计方案。分析了基础地理框架数据、遥感影像数据和业务专题数据的建设方案，强调了优秀的地图数据建设是维持 GIS 系统生命力的关键。论述了地图服务发布流程，通过程序编码具体开发实现了系统所要求的功能，并给出了相关部分代码实例。本课题采用基于 REST 架构风格的 GeoWeb 2.0 应用系统解决方案，以完整的形式设计实现了基于 ArcGIS Server REST API 的安全生产监管信息系统。关键词：REST，ArcGIS Server ，GeoWeb 2.0，安全生产监督管理ABSTRACTIn the field of product ion safety super vision information system build ing is not only the s pecific requirements of e-gover nment era, more in improving the efficiency of super vision, eff ective prevention and control of major accident and emer gency comma nd after the accident an d rescue to pla y a pivota l role.Based on the REST style of Web services architect ure theory, comparative framework bas ed on REST and SOAP protocols based on the difference between Web services, REST archite cture shows great advantage, and that REST architect ural style is a popular Web applica tion to create a common and easy way; discussion on Ajax technology, illustrates the need for build in g Web 2.0 Ajax core technology. Based on the advantages of ArcGIS Server REST API feature s, that the use of ArcGIS Server JavaScr ipt API is to quick ly build Web applica tions, lightweig ht way the map. From the design principles, design ideas and pointed out severa l aspects of the overa ll framework for build ing REST architect ura l style to be followed in the overa ll GIS syst em design. Analysis of the basic geographic framework data, remote sensing data and thema tic data, business-building programs, emphasizing the build ing of map data is a good GIS system to ma inta in the vitality of the key.
