划与复用三维地理信息场景,以青岛市基础地理信息框架数据为基础,生产了二维矢量数据和编制电子地图,用于满足软件展示需要(4)确定青岛市无线电频率规划及复用演示系统的结构设计和功能设计, 总体结构设计为:数据层一技术处理层一人机交互界面层。系统功能设计为:交 互显示、定位与查询功能、场景漫游功能、图层控制、场景导航功能、目标浏览 等功能。(5)进行了青岛市无线电频率规划及复用演示系统的开发及功能实现。本 论文实现利用 ArcGIS Engine 结合 Visual Studio 可视化开发软件平台的开发, 完成系统各功能界面的设计和代码编程。 关键词:地理信息系统;ArcGIS;无线电频率规划与复用;青岛无线电管理Research and implementation of the radio spectrummultiplexing and planning demo system on ArcGIS EngineAbstractThe development of the GIS technology has put the governance undertakings of the government agency into the information era and the digital era. Relying on its outstanding function, exhibition, the 3D GIS technology can display the topographic and geomorphic conditions to the users in a direct and vivid way. Thus, the GIS technology can provide the government agencies with theoretical basis to make decisions which improves the rationality and scientificity of the fundamental construction. Because of that, GIS has gradually become a powerful tool of public service administration.One of the most important aspects of radio management is how to maximize the utilization efficiency of it since the radio spectrum resource is a limited resource. Radio is increasingly widely used in our daily lives with its rapid development. Radio technology plays a unique and important role in our lives, from mobile phones, Wi-Fi to the aero and space technologies. Thus the importance and specialization of radio spectrum resource are increasingly being of the society concern and attention. As for the management of radio spectrum, the GIS technology has become an effective technology which can increase both use ratio and reuse ratio of the radio spectrum resource because of its strong abilities in exhibition and multifunction.Aimed for the information management system in Qingdao radio station, this easy talks about building the information database of Qingdao radio station, designing the radio spectrum multiplexing and planning demo system,in order to provide theoretical basis
