AbstractTi-Nballoyshavetheadvantagesoflowelasticmodulus,super-elasticandshape memoryproperties,whichexhibitagreatapplicationpotentialasabiologicalgraft material.Theexistingresultsshowthatthemicrostructureandmechanicalpropertiesof Ti-Nballoysmainlydependonthecompositionofthealloy.Theperformanceofthe alloycanbeimprovedsignificantly byappropriatealloying.Inthisthesis,theeffectsof theadditionsofZr,MoandSialloyingelementonthemicrostructure,mechanical propertiesandcorrosionresistanceofTi-22Nballoywerestudiedandtheimpact mechanismwerediscussed.Thepurposeistoprovidethetheoreticalandexperimental guidelinefortheexperimentofmechanicalpropertiesbyalloyingmethod.Themain results areas follows:Theresultsshowthatthesolidsolution ofTi-22Nballoyismainlycomposedof acicularmartensiteαandβphase,While,theTi-Nb-ZralloyandTi-Nb-Moalloysis composedofasingleβ phase,theadditionsofZrandMoelementshindertheformation ofαphaseduringthequenchingprocess.AsmallamountofSielementcanstabilize theβphase,whenthecontentofSielementis2-4at.%,thesolution-treatedTi-Nb-Si alloyiscomposedofsingleβphase.WhenthecontentofSielementisabout6at.%, someintermetallic compounds can form in the alloy;Theresults ofroom temperaturetensiletest showthat theaddition ofZr element can improve the mechanical properties of Ti-22Nb alloy after solutiontreatmentof800℃.WiththeadditionofZrelement,thestrengthandtheelongationoftheTi-Nb-Zralloysincreases,andtheTi-22Nb-6Zralloyhasamaximumtensile strengthof700MPawiththemaximumelongationof46.5%.Inthesolution-treated Ti-Nb-Moalloy,Ti-22Nb-2Moalloy hasthegreatesttensilestrengthandelongation,it’s 648MPaand33%respectively.DuringthetensiletestTi-22Nb-4MoandTi-22Nb-6Mo alloydoesnotappearworkharden,showingthecharacteristicsofrubbermetal.The solution-treatedTi-22Nb-2Sihavestableroomtemperaturesuper-elasticity,whenthe pre-deformation is 3%, the alloyhas themaximum recoverystrain rate;TheresultsofelectrochemicaltestshowthattheadditiomofZr,MoandSi elementcanimprovethecorrosionresistanceofTi-22Nballoy i
