AbstractBecause of the impression of the Planned Economy, the accumulation of the patent in aerospace enterprises is very less. In the field of aerospace science technology, the patent of the foreign application is accounted for a large proportion. So that, the aerospace enterprises in our nation is in a disadvantage in the completing in the worldwide. This article mainly through the different period of patent to describe the enterprise how to manage the enterprises patent more effectively.The paper employs the analytical method of Data Envelopment Analysis which is used as operational research, management research and economic research to analyze the management of patent rights effect in aerospace enterprises in China after analysis the inland and abroad theory of the patent right’ management. Then, it introduces the history of DEA, the basis principle of DEA and its advantages in management of patent rights effect in aerospace enterprises. In view of the above, this thesis sets up a suitable our country actual conditions’ index system of management of patent rights effect in aerospace enterprises. Combined the structure and merit of DEA, the thesis confirm the input and the output variable of the management of patent rights effect in aerospace enterprises. All of these establish the theory and real foundation for the further research. The evaluate objects can be divided into there parts. They are the East-China, Mid-China and West-China. The paper establishes different input and output guide lines of the different two parts according to the characteristic of Data Envelopment Analysis. Then carry on demonstration analysis and find out the possibility reason that can bring on the conclusion.
