You can also specify additional restrictions when maintaining the material master record which the system takes into account during lot sizing. These restrictions include: Minimum lot size You use the minimum lot size to define a minimum procurement 数量 per lot. Maximum lot size You use the maximum lot size to define the maximum procurement 数量 per lot. Rounding value If you define a rounding value the procurement 数量 must be a multiple of this value. Rounding Profile * Various types of planning run are available for requirements planning. In total planning, you can plan all the materials in a plant or you can plan only those materials which have undergone a change relevant to planning since the last planning run. The total planning run should only be carried out when absolutely necessary - usually in longer intervals (exception). Net change planning should be carried out daily (standard). In the planning run within the planning horizon, the system only plans the materials that have undergone a change relevant to planning and that lie within the planning run. * In the stock/需求s list, the most up-to-日期 development of stocks and 需求s is displayed. The layout of the list on the screen is the same as that of the MRP list. By means of the ATP 数量 (Available To Promise), the MRP 控制者 can determine if all issues are covered by the master plan and how much of the receipt 数量 is still available for new issues.
