相关（P0.05）。Spearman 等级相关检验分析显示 COX-2 蛋白表达与突变型 p53蛋白在乳腺癌组织中的表达呈正相关（r=0.288,P 0.05）。结论：COX-2 蛋白和突 变型 p53 蛋白在乳腺癌组织中高表达，在乳腺癌邻近组织中不表达或仅有微弱表 达。COX-2 蛋白与突变型 p53 蛋白在乳腺癌组织中的表达呈正相关，两者在乳腺 癌的发生、发展中可能起协同作用，是反应乳腺癌生物学行为的重要指标。关键词：乳腺肿瘤/病理学；基因；COX-2 蛋白 ；突变型 p53 蛋白；免疫组 织化学Expressions of COX-2 Protein and Mutable p53 Protein in Breast Cancer and Their Clinical SignificanceAbstract: [Purpose] To investigate the expressions of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) protein and mutable p53 protein in the patients with breast cancer and their relationship toclinicopathologicalfactors.[Methods]Archivalprimarybreastcancer species(n=99)were analyzed for the expressions of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) protein and mutable p53 protein .All species were immediately fixed in 10% formalin after they were excised, and sections of 4μm were cut.The immunohistochemical technique was streptavidin-biotin peroxidase method.All species were identified by pathologists. Among the all ,we got infiltration duct carcinoma 98 cases, mucus adenocarcinoma 1 case. All patients are female, and the average age is 49.9 years old. The number of patients who had axillarylymphnodemetastasis is 54. According to TNM staging system, we got stage I 29 species, stage II 46 species, stage III 18 species,stage IV 6 species. The X2 test was used to test the relationship between cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) protein or mutable p53 protein and clinicopathological factors. The Spearman test was used to test the relationship between cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) protein and mutable p53 protein. [Results]The staining of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) protein was mainly located in the cytoplasma . The rate of positive expression of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) protein was 69.7% (69/99) ,which had no correlation with age, tumor size, axillary lymphnode metastasis, TNM staging and expression of ER,PR(P0.05),had correlation with expression of C-erbB-2 protein（P 0.05）.The staining of mutable p53 protein was mainly located in the nucleus. The rate of positive expression
