The research of Hot deformation mechanical behavior and processing map ofC919 aluminum alloyAbstractAbundant aluminum, aluminum lightweight characteristics, making it more and more in industry occupies an important position, very competitive compared with other materials.C919 alloy is Al-Zn-Mg-based high-strength aluminum alloy heat treatment can enhance the deformation.Has low density, high strength, thermal processing performance, etc., is a major aerospace structural materials. As a load-bearing structural components in the aerospace, marine, civil and other fields has been developing applications.Cast samples of C919 aluminum alloy were used solution heat treatment at different temperature and time, that to analyze on microstucture, the best technics of the homogenizing heat treatment of the material is sure. Then, the materials were tried an experiment in hot compression test with GLEEBLE-1500 thermal simulate testing machine at the strain ratelevel which is 0.001s-1~1s-1, and at the deformation temperature level which is 350℃~470℃. Analyzing change law of the deformation temperature and strain rate on fiow stress and microstructure established constitutive model of heat deformation of C919 aluminumalloy. Based on processing diaggram theory of dynamic material model, processing diagram of the material can be drawed under different variable conditions. The results of this paper showed that:The non-equilibrium phase of alloy gradually distributed with solution temperature increment or expanding holding time, and the grain boundary becomed thin. After solution treatment, The second phase of alloy completely dissolved into the substrate. And besthomogenization technics of C919 aluminum alloy is defined which temperature is 460℃ andholding time 16h.Flow stress-strain curve of C919 aluminum alloy is characterized by dynamicrecovery and recrystallization softening mechanism.
