　　工程项目管理硕士论文鉴赏：精益思想在工程项目管理中的应用研究 --精益思想在工程项目管理中的应用研究 摘要： 　　本文在广泛认真研究国内外相关文献资料的基础上，首先从水电工程建设管理的内涵、精益建造管理的理论起源和水电工程实施精益建造的前提阐述了水电工程精益建造管理理论，并建立了水电工程精益建造管理的体系与方法，从而实现水电工程项目全过程的精益建造管理。紧接着，本文将精益建造管理在响水涧抽水蓄能电站工程上进行了应用研究，分别从精益建造的进度管理、成本管理和质量管理等几个方面进行了详细设计。并从理论和实践两方面详细论述了水电工程项目精益建造管理体系的理念、原则、体系的组织结构等。最后本文还提出了保障精益建造管理在水电工程项目上成功实施的制度保障、技术保障和人才保障等。 　　　本文通过水电工程项目管理情况的系统分析和研究，找出现行水电工程项目管理中存在的问题，提出了构建水电工程项目精益管理体系的方法来解决问题，并通过响水涧抽水蓄能电站的实例分析，根据管理实践进一步完善工程项目精益管理体系，以保证水电工程项目在全过程、全方位受到控制的精益管理思想，从而推进水电工程项目管理水平。同时也想通过此给其它类工程项目提供一点借鉴，达到不断总结工程项目管理经验，努力推进项目管理规范化、科学化，不断提升项目管理水平的目标。 关键词：水电工程 项目管理 精益思想 精益建设 Abstract 　　Construction of hydropoanagement theory is based on the theory-based, guided by the principles of lean thinking, project management process for hydroelectric re-design, quality assurance, the shortest duration, consumes the least resources to build under the conditions of transfer project goal of the neanagement.
