烟气排放连续监测系统监控软件和通讯的设计与应用 南京工业大学 分类号 密级 U D C 编号 学 位 论 文 烟气排放连续监测系统监控软件和通讯的设计与应用 指导教师姓名 　　　　 申请学位级别 硕士 学科、专业 　　　　 论文提交日期 2011 年 月 摘 要Continuous Emission Monitoring System，简称CEMS)少之又少。 本课题是与南京分析仪器厂有限公司合作，致力于设计和开发出一套符合国家标准《固定污染源烟气排放连续监测系统技术要求及监测方法》（HJ/T 76-2007）和国内发展行情的烟气排放连续监测系统。 本文简单阐述了XGF-404型烟气排放连续监测系统的组成结构、样气预处理系统、西门子分析仪表和测尘仪的工作原理。 系统利用可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)对电磁阀的控制来实现定时自动标定，标定值预先设置好。随着国产仪表性能的提高，系统亦可与之结合，充分实现系统的国产化，便于广大人员的使用。 数据采集和控制通过可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)实现，将4~20mA的模拟电信号和开关信号经转换后送给上位机。利用Visual Basic 6.0进行了上位机监控软件的开发，实现了数据管理权限的设置、数据丢失问题的处理、数据干湿态的转换、数据公式计算的管理、变量管理、故障报警、数据历史曲线生成等数据管理的功能，并能达到实时对系统稳定的监控。利用Access 2003数据库结合COM组件开发了系统的数据库，并利用Excel通过VBA编程ABSTRACT In order to effectively solve environmental pollution and ecological damage, the environmental protection departments of my country has enhanced environmental protection, and the environmental standards requirements are continue to be greater.
