English---they often use vt. in a sentence. “昨天晚上睡得很好” * I slept well last night.(主语+不及物动词+副词) * I had a good sleep last night.(主语+不及物动词+副词) What should we do? ※ We should translate vt in Chinese as a vi in English. Thus, our translation can be fluent and natural. 3. “Have” is useful word ① 嗓子疼 C: My throat hurts. E: I have a sore throat. ②我的头发很少。 C:I have very thin hair. E: my hair is so thin. In english, people like vt, the word people use mostly is “have”. We always think “have ” means “own(拥有)”，however，”have” has so many meanings in English. It not only means own specific things, but also contains a 抽象 . 表示“拥有的概念”，相当于汉语中的“处于……的状态”。 When and how to use “have”? You can use “have” freely when you want to express “your health condition, some potential, family relationship”. 2.空间原理 ----灵活运用空间介词 Be +空间介词 ①汤姆正在打电话。 C：Tom is talking to someone on the phone E:. Tom is on the line. ②这些天大卫一直在吃药 C: David is on medicine these days. E: David takes medicine these days. In these sentences, “on” not only means “space”, it means the activity is going on. In Chinese, we seldom use preposition to express other meanings; this is common in English. 汤姆正在走在回家的路上。 Tom is on his way home. 这里“正在走”形象的描绘成“正在路的上面” I’m here on buisness.(我在这儿，业务的上面) * *
