松香基一元大分子单体聚合物微球 摘要 采用悬浮聚合法聚合物微球。分别用IR、TG)和光学显微镜来表征产物的分子结构,热性能和粒径及表面形貌等性能。正交实验。正交实验结果当以平均粒径的大小为评价标准时,分散剂的用量为主要影响因素,其次是原料配比、搅拌速度,致孔剂的用量是最小影响因素。对产物的红外光谱分析表明已成功合成了共聚微球。热重分析DVB的加入量在一定范围内可以提高聚合物微球的热稳定性能。光学显微镜对产物的表面形貌分析表明致孔剂用量较大时会在聚合物微球表面产生较多的开孔结构。 关键词松香大分子、悬浮聚合、微球 The copolymerization of rosin-based macromonomer polymer microspheres Abstract Poly (RH-St-DVB) microspheres were prepared of methyl HEMA ester of rosin acid / styrene / divinyl benzene via suspension polymerization. IR, TG and optical microscopy are used to characterize the structure, thermal stability and particle size and surface morphology properties of the product molecular. The optimum experimental conditions were found out by orthogonal experiments. The orthogonal experimental results show that when the evaluation criteria is the average particle size, amount of dispersant is the most significant influence as to the degree of polymerization of evaluation criteria, followed by the raw material ratio、stirring speed, porogenic agent is the least amount of factors. When the evaluation criteria is the measurement of packing density, we could learn from the orthogonal experimental results that the porogenic agent is the most significant influence as to the degree of polymerization of evaluation criteria, followed by the raw material ratio, stirring speed, the amount of dispersant is the least amount of factors. The result of infrared spectrum of the product has proved that we have successfully synthesized Poly (RH-St-DVB) microspheres. By TG analysis, thermal stability of the product with the increased use of St, and DVB gradually changed for the better. Through the optical microscope photographs and SEM, the products surface morphology analysis showed that the larger porogenic agent microspheres in the polymer surface the more opening structure.
