大数据技术辅助城市设计的可能性探究 1 ２ 卢新潮 ，徐苏宁 （哈尔滨工业大学，黑龙江哈尔滨 150001） 摘要：在大数据与智慧城市快速发展的背景下，城市设计作为落实智慧城市、提升城市品质的重要环节，其工作 思路和方法面临新挑战。本文针对大数据技术辅助城市设计的可能性问题，梳理了国内外大数据辅助城乡规划的 相关文献，从技术、方法、理论和制度等四个层面进行了论证分析。研究表明，大数据成为城市设计的成熟辅助 工具，具有远期的可行性与合理性，而现阶段尚须克服技术系统整合与制度健全等问题，近期 5 至 10 年内仍将 处于开拓性与探索性阶段。 关键词：城乡规划与设计；大数据技术；城市设计；辅助工具 Exploration on the Possibility for Big Data Technique to Assist Urban Design LU Xinchao, XU Suning (Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin，150001, China) Abstract: On the background of the rapid development of big data and smart city, urban design faces new challenge in working idea and method, as it is an important link in implementing smart city and improving the city quality. Aiming at the question of the possibility for big data technique to assist urban design, this paper reviews the related literature on Big Data assisting urban planning and design, and it analyzes the question from four aspects: technology, method, theory and system. As the study result shows, it is feasible and reasonable that Big Data technique becomes a mature assistant tool for urban design in the long-term. While at present, the problem of integrating technique framework and improving system should be settled, and there will be a pioneering and exploratory stage in the following 5 to10 years.
