教学楼 毕业论文 青岛理工大学毕业设计（论文） 摘 要 施工组织设计主要包括介绍工程概况、选择施工方案和施工方法、编排施工进度计划、组织流水施工和绘制施工平面图以及叙述主要技术组织、安全措施等部分。 关键词： 钢筋混凝土结构，框架结构，独立基础，恒载，活载 第I页 青岛理工大学毕业设计（论文） Abstract This paper mainly tells about the design of a teaching building,including constructional design,structural design and working design.Graduation thesis is compulsory for students majoring in civil engineering.My thesis is about the design of a teaching building,which is a reinforced concrete structured three-storeyed building with a total height of 12.5meters,a total area of 2857.68 square meters and a ground floor of 952.56 square meters.According to the requirements of my project,seismic design must be considered,so the intensity for earthquake is 7 degrees ,the grade of antidetonation is 2. My design for this building includes constructional part,structural part,stairs and foundation.The plans of every floor are based on the assignment book.The main frame is a two-way load-bearing one.After calculating the loads and estimating every sections of the components,I choose a goods frame to calculate.The constituents of the calculations are the selection of the size of the sections of beam columns,calculation of the rigidity of thread,calculations of dead loads and live loads,calculations of bending moment and shearing force of the extremities of the roof beams and columns under seismic actions,combination of frame interal forces,calculations of how to prepare steel for frame columns,for stairs and for foundation.The stairs are reinforced concrete plate typed.Because of the limitation of the column nets,this design chooses linear leaf for foundation. Organization Design Construction consists of descriptions of this project,choices of constructional programme and method,plans of working progress and pipeline working,floor plans for working and descriptions of technology organizations and safety measures.
