The part of architecture design confirms the precept of ichnography, eatablish and section plane mostly and choices the function subarea ，choosing and disposing them according to the dimensions of the construction. The fire-resistant ranking is ambipolar. The chambers, door-windows and walkway is designed based on the request of the fire-resistant criterion. The part for configuration design is to choose precept first, and finishing the fabric collocation and confirming the calculate diagram. Then calculating the vertical-permanent load, alterable load, aclinic-wind load, aclinic-earthquake action and the internal force and side-move for all parts of the load. The combination of internal force includes aseismatic part and non-aseimatic part. Finding out the worst combination of internal viaing oalculate and choosing the most safe result to count reinforcing steel bar and plot. In the next place, the work is to design the base below the pillar and confirm the base ichnography and the detail drawing of the reinforcing steel bar for basic.
