遥控功率放大器
摘 要
为了顺应全球音视频领域数字化的浪潮和人们对音视频设备节能环保的要求,分析了功率放大器的原理和红外无线遥控控制电路原理,结合单片机的优点和音量数字信号控制的特点,设计了红外遥控数字功率放大器。
红外无线解决了有线连接的不便高保真音量控制专用集成电路TC。该电路功耗低,电流约为13毫安;失真小,音量衰减以按键控制每为一步衰减范围小功率双通道功放集成电路TDA2822,最大输出功率1负载是32欧姆6供电可以达到120负载8欧姆可以达到380

ABSTRACT
In order to comply with the popularity of the audio-video digitization in the whole world and people requires to the saving energy and environment protection of the audio-video devices, this paper has analyses the controlling circuit principle of the power amplifier and infrared wireless remote controller, combined the advantage of the MCU and the features of the volume digital signal controller, then designed the power amplifier with infrared remote digital controller.
The infrared wireless can solve a lot of wireless connecting inconvenience, this system has designed the sending and receiving circuit with VD5026/27 chip, which assures simpler manufacture, flexible operation, convenient, high safety, and its remote distance, is more than 8m. The system deals with the decoding signal of the infrared system with 89C51 MCU to the volume controlling circuit. This paper designs the volume controlling circuit with the integrated circuit specificities for CMOS high performance volume controller manufactured by Toshiba. The features of this circuit are low power; electric current is 1-3mA.The range of the volume attenuation is 0~-60dB,2dB per step. In order to overcome the disadvantage of the traditional potentiometers, such as short working life, high noise, etc. he design of power amplifying circuit uses low power, dual-channel amplifier integrated circuit TDA2822, its maximal power is 1W, the power is 120mW when the load is 32Ω and its voltage is 6 V, and the power could be 380mW when the load is 8Ω.
