The flooding of fake diplomas is a serious social problem because the flooding of fake diplomas bring a lot of harm. To employers, employing a person with fake diplomas will be a great loss to their companies. It is because that the person doesn’t have the ability to do the work well. As far as the people with true diplomas are concerned, it is unfair to them. They spend much time getting the diplomas and the ability. But they don’t get a job to use their ability and do something good to our society. It is a kind of loss to our society. What should we do to solve this problem? First of all, we should study hard to learn what we should learn and get true diplomas. To the employers, they should pay more attention to the ability rather than educational background.
