宰前宰后检验程序 ante-mortem and post-mortem inspection procedure 目的：为了确保毛鸡来自非疫区，感官健康，须实行严格的宰前宰后检验检疫。 Aim :to ensure the source of chicken from the non-epidemic disease district 审定用药原始记录： Check up the original medicining record: 由验证员对出栏禽群的《 饲养生产记录》进行查阅审定。审查是否宰前14天停止用药，是否所用饲料不含药物。是否使用人工合成激素，疫苗的接种日期是否在宰前30天进行。对不符合用药管理规定的禽群或延期宰杀或改作它用。 The breeding logmust be examined before the chickens are slaughtered. The examination contents is as follows Whether the farmer stopped medicining 14 days before slaughter? Whether the feedstuffs contained medicine ? Whether the farmer fed the chicken with man-made compound hormone? Whether the vaccine inoculated 30 days before slaughter?
