精品论文 参考文献 门诊护理干预对糖尿病患者降糖的疗效影响探讨 四川省自贡市第三人民医院门诊部 四川自贡 643020 【摘 要】目的：观察对糖尿病患者实行门诊护理干预对其降糖效果有何影响。方法：选取我院于2012年10月至2014年10月期间治疗的患有糖尿病的患者共80例，按随机对照实验原则分为干预组和对照组，每组40例。对照组和干预组均行以常规降糖治疗，干预组在此基础之上行以门诊护理干预，对照组仅进行常规的治疗不进行门诊护理干预。待实验期结束后将两组患者空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖等指标进行比较，评价门诊护理干预是否会对糖尿病患者的治疗效果产生影响。结果：治疗后两组患者餐后2h血糖、空腹血糖水平均下降至正常水平，干预组下降更为明显（P＜0.05）。结论：在常规治疗的基础之上对糖尿病患者进行门诊护理干预可有效控制患者血糖水平，降低血糖波动幅度，减少低血糖的发生。 【关键词】门诊；护理干预；糖尿病；降糖 【中图分类号】R47 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1764-8999（2015）7-0681-02 【Abstract】Objective： To observe the clinical nursing intervention for patients with diabetes had any effect on its hypoglycemic effect. Methods: in our hospital during the period from 2012 October to 2014 October, patients with diabetes were 80 cases, randomly divided into the intervention group and control group, 40 cases in each group. The control group and the intervention group were treated with conventional therapy, intervention group on the basis of the uplink to outpatient nursing intervention, the control group not only routine treatment of outpatient nursing intervention. To the end of the experimental period after comparing 2H blood glucose and other indicators of two groups of patients with fasting blood glucose, postprandial, whether the evaluation of outpatient nursing intervention on treatment of patients with diabetes effects. Results: after treatment, two groups of patients with 2h postprandial blood glucose, fasting blood glucose decreased to the normal level, the intervention group significantly decreased (P lt; 0.05).
